The Odyssey of Communications and Networking in the Black Sea Region Continues

Important Announcement

Due to the latest events in Ukraine, the IEEE BlackSeaCom 2014 Conference will be hosted by the Technical University of Moldova in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, on the same dates, May 27-30, 2014.

Paper Submission

Papers should describe original work and should be no more than 5 printed pages in the IEEE double-column proceedings format including tables, figures and references. Standard IEEE conference templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats can be downloaded from here. If you use MS Word, please: 1) use the most current version of MS Word, which will help reduce word-to-pdf conversion issues such as embedded fonts, bookmarks, etc.; 2) remove any page number and header/footer; 3) make sure there is at least 0.5 inches margin in the final PDF file.

Accepted papers up to 5 pages will be published in the conference proceedings as well as in IEEEXplore with no additional charge. One extra page is allowed with an additional fee, if accepted. To be published in the IEEE BlackSeaCom 2014 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE BlackSeaCom 2014 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore.
